Designed Greenfield Lower Level Addition

After designing the upper level when the home was built, it was time to tackle the basement.

This homeowner loved to entertain. With entertainment in mind, the design includes a theatre area, a fantastic bar, and a hottub in the new addition! The additional bedroom and bathroom provide an extra guest suite to host relatives while in town.

Creations by Caty partnered with Kodiak Builders who built and installed the custom bar and vanity according to Caty’s design. Creations by Caty and the homeowner picked out the beautiful tile and stone, which SuperSet Tile & Stone worked their magic on the installation; the result is stunning!
