Closet to bathroom Redesign

Family Home redesign

Need:

This was a home with children, and the family had very little closet space to hang their coats and the children didn’t have an area for their backpacks and jackets. They also said how they wished they had another bathroom for the kids when coming in from outside.

Solution:

We took down the big wall (which opened up the room and made it look a lot larger), turned the standard closet into a nice, convenient space with cubbies, moved cabinets that were not attached to the walls to a better location, and added a bathroom.

Result:

Amazing change both in appearance and function. Flooring was also changed due to heavy traffic coming in from outside. Carpet removed and LVP (luxury vinyl planks) installed. Easy upkeep, durable, and can be cleaned with soap and water.
