Vacant Home Staging

Staging is an important part of selling a home. This particular home had been on the market for two years, then taken off and was vacant. When I initially saw it with the homeowner and realtor, I saw a lot of potential. It needed updating (and lots of TLC!), but I felt that for $4200, it could be like a new home. The buyer had dropped the price and the realtor told me what it was being listed for. I asked for one month, $4200, and I assured them the results would be positive.
